For employers · one code per location

The feedback your team won't say to your face — delivered to your inbox anyway.

Breakroom to Boss gives every location a single access code. Employees use it to send feedback straight to the manager who owns that department — no names attached, no account for them to manage, no middleman reading it first.

Codes start at $39/mo per location. Cancel anytime.

"The 6am opener is always short-staffed on Sundays. Could we get one more person scheduled before the church rush?"

The sender's name is stripped before the message is routed — Breakroom to Boss never stores or displays it.

How it works

Three steps, no app to install.

01 / Buy a code

One code per location

You register each business location or department and tell us which manager's inbox their feedback should reach. We generate a short access code for that location.

02 / Post it in the break room

Employees enter the code

Print the code on a break room flyer or share it in onboarding. No employee accounts, no app download — they just type the code in on any browser.

03 / It lands in the right inbox

Routed, not read by us

Feedback is bundled with anything else submitted that day and delivered in one daily digest each morning — so even when a message was sent can't be used to guess who sent it. We never read it before it's delivered.

Why this matters

Even the best leaders can't act on feedback they never hear.

We all need people who will give us feedback. That's how we improve.

— Bill Gates

Ask for feedback from people with diverse backgrounds. Each one will tell you one useful thing. If you're at the top of the chain, sometimes people won't give you honest feedback because they're afraid. In this case, disguise yourself, or get feedback from other sources.

— Steve Jobs
Built to actually be anonymous

Anonymous is a design decision, not a promise.

No account, no name

Employees never register

There's no employee login, name field, or profile — just the location code. There's nothing identifying to leak in the first place.

No IP or device logging

We don't fingerprint senders

Feedback submissions aren't tied to an IP address, device ID, or timestamped session that could be cross-referenced later.

One-way delivery

We route it, then it's gone

Messages are bundled into one daily digest per location and delivered at a fixed time each morning — so even a message's timing can't be used to guess who sent it. Nothing is retained on our servers afterward.

Questions

Before you post a code in the break room

Can I see who submitted feedback?

No. That's the point. The platform is built so there's no name, account, or device data attached to a submission for anyone — including us — to reveal.

What stops someone from misusing the code?

Codes are scoped to a single location and can be regenerated instantly from your dashboard if one gets shared outside your team. Submissions are rate-limited per code to deter spam.

Can feedback go to more than one manager?

On the Multi-Department plan, yes — each code you generate routes to its own destination email, so a kitchen code and a floor code can reach two different managers.

Do employees need to download anything?

No. The code entry page works in any mobile or desktop browser. There's nothing to install.

What if a manager wants to respond?

Because there's no identity attached to a submission, there's no reply channel back to a specific sender — replies would need to go through general channels like a team meeting or a follow-up posting in the break room.
